Image catalog and rights
72 image candidates, in three groups: 36 are rights-cleared and sitting on disk, 7 are rights-cleared but not yet retrieved, and 29 are not cleared. An uncleared image cannot enter any page, any print artifact, or the ebook; that is a build rule, not a preference.
